The next 2 paintings are ones I've done at home this weekend - my goal is to blog more and be way more prolific - each of these paintings took about and hour and a half...

The blue bottle was my first actual painting - the turquoise cup was the next and the habanero painting was the last painting at the workshop

We had to do excercises in tone - see the 3 below - I had to paint over the 4th, the strawberry tone painting

I have been at a week long workshop given at Wenmohs Ranch by Carole Marine. She is an outstanding teacher! I am going to post in order of paintings - the cup was my first effort!
